Funny Things Kids Say

Andrea Sherr has written a book entitled Heard on the Playground - Funny Things Kids Say.

It's a collection of hilarious kid stories illustrated mainly by her 8-year-old daughter, Valarie, as well as numerous drawings from other Detroit Country Day students.

The book is a perfect gift book for Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Teachers, and Friends this holiday season and beyond.

A book signing event will be held at Peek-a-Bootique, 6911 Orchard Lake Road, in West Bloomfield, MI on Saturday, December 17, 2011. From 1 to 4pm, Valarie and her fellow illustrator and brother, Mitchel, will be signing copies of Heard on the Playground - Funny Things Kids Say. The book will be available for purchase at the store. It is also listed at Amazon.com, where there is a "Look Inside" option.
